Powder Metrology and Materials Laboratories
We have well-equipped measuring instruments. Our inspection capabilities include video measurement systems, three-dimensional coordinate measurement, gear measurement centers, profile, surface roughness and roundness testing, and more.
Our materials laboratory has the capability to perform comprehensive analysis of raw powders and finished products. Our laboratory is equipped for chemical analysis using carbon and oxygen. Metallographic analysis includes microscopic analysis, hardness test (surface and microscopic), salt spray test, microcomputer controlled hydraulic universal test and impact test, etc.
Our non-destructive testing capabilities include magnetic particles, dye penetrants.
